Helping the Needy and Sharing God’s Love

When Pastor Mattie first started these ministries, she had in her heart and mind the vision of providing help to people, especially women and children, in need. This desire to help is what her heart ached for and this is what God’s Abiding Presence Ministries has made possible for her to do.

Our programs in these ministries are centrally focused on helping children and women who need assistance in their lives and in their communities. These programs are more focused on empowerment and trainings to make sure that the people who receive our help are not only given fish but are taught how to fish.

The programs we currently have right now are the following:

  • Counseling
  • Feeding Programs
  • After School Programs
  • Job Skills Training and Preparation
  • Thanksgiving and Christmas Community Events
  • Youth Empowerment and Talent/Skills Development
  • Clothing and Food Bank
  • When Women Pray
  • Chartered Ministries

hese programs have been on-going through the servant hearts and helping hands of our volunteers and donors. We know that there are still a lot of people to help and the world is waiting. We are not stopping any time. And we need your help, as well.

If you have the time and the skills to help us for admin or field jobs, we would highly need your assistance to help us deliver our promised services to the communities. And if God has blessed you so much with monetary wealth, we enjoin you to share them to those who have less by sponsoring or donating in our activities.

You may also help us greatly through your prayers. We believe that prayers brought to the Lord move mountains. So we call upon you to pray for our cause, our leaders, our volunteers, our missionaries, our workers, our donors, our recipients, our families, and the whole church. May the Lord will always keep on fire our passion to serve others, all for the glory and praise of his name.

You will see our contact information in our home page. May the Lord bless your generous hearts.
